I left Kharis to practice this move, and let that be it for today. I trotted over to Danza. "There are things that I just love about winter." I nodded around to our suroundings. "No predators lurking just yet, but slush pops some grass up." I noticed Rye hanging out with Danza, and asked him how he was, then did the same for Danza.

-Danza sighed and agreed with Shasta, the best part about winter is that no predators are lurking to harm our herd. Danza soon glanced over to Rye and then looked back at Shasta and replied "Yep no predators lurking is the best part about winter..." Danza let out a bit of a laughing nicker. "I'm doing great since the herd is safe." Danza replied to Shasta's question. Danza didnt care for fresh grass or fresh water, as long as the herd members, and leader is safe. Danza is glad. She's also happy to have such a great herd as a family.-

I call after the voice in my head, wishing they would tell me more. The voices fade, though, leaving me to think about what they had said. It had been forever since the Herd of Stars had spoken to me, and I hardly recognized the words spoken. I stood, looking for Danza. I trot over, waking her from her morning slumber. "Danza, I have recieved word of something. You and I both know that winter has gone along for far too long. And I have just recieved a message from the Stars. This might explain it..."

I tell her the prophecy, and wait to hear her response.

[Mist]

OOC. I've decided to roleplay with Mist again but I'm changing to first person.

I pranced around the forest, It had been long since I last saw the herd. I wanted to find them for I've had several encounters with wolves and if it wasn't for the fact that they were thin, I certainly would have died. I had searched for days when I found a group of horses, they looked the same but they had new members. I slowly approached Shasta, head lowered. ''Hello, Shasta'' I pricked my ears, hoping she would remember me.

OCC Do you want to be in a herd then mist?

I turned from Danza, a little startled by the voice. It took me just a second to ponder over the horse, then I realized it was the wondorer that left quite a while ago. "Mist! Welcome dear, you have come at a good time. I need all the minds I can get to decipher this message... nothing to bother you with now, I'll inform you later." I smiled at the mare, offering the nicest grassy spot. It was still wet and soggy with slush, but it was better than most of this stuff, and she looked weak.

-Danza thought about the prophecy and soon asked Shasta "Shasta what did the Stars say? Maybe we can work out the message together..." Neither has Danza spoken to the Herd of Stars. She was surprised that Shasta had a connection to them. Danza heard a rustle and saw the mare come out, Danza was fine with Mist sharing our grass. Danza still needs to think about the herd, starvation, their health. Danza was nervous about what will happen to the herd but she kept calm.-

Kharis stayed practicing while Shasta left with the others. She stopped when an unfamiliar voice was heard, she looked around until her gaze fell on the stranger. Kharis walked closer, curious to know who it was ''Who is this?'' She asked, confused.

[Danza - AGK]

-Danza glanced at the herd and thinks what should we do for the herd's sake? Danza soon thought about moving to somewhere else. Danza soon nickered to Shasta "Shasta for the herd's sake do you think we should move to somewhere else? We can discuss about the Star's message during the journey." Danza soon took her gaze back at Shasta and waited for her to respond-

[Rye]

- Rye -

Rye pranced around the area, keeping himself away from the others. He glanced at the sky and then at the ground; it was warmer which could only mean winter was gone. The colt cantered in happiness due to the excitement of the upcoming spring. His mother had told him that he was born in it and the joy of almost being a yearling was clearly shown in his mood. Rye lied down and brushed himself against the grass, making loud noises.

I looked to Kharis, and introduced, "That is Mist. She was a wonderer that left a while ago, but her joining this herd is welcome, as she treated us with great respect the last time she was here." I then looked at Rye, and laughed gently at his playful scheme. Lastly, I adressed Danza. "I do think we should move. The prophecy speaks of the woods. Maybe if we leave them we can avoid trouble..." I pondered over the message again. "Two woods diverged... must bind together ... I don't know what that means... must fight the ember... that rips the shore... Something bad on the beach..?" I mumbled, trying to work it out. "The prarie! Not the beach, 'rips the shore' scares me." I turn and adress the herd, "We Are Moving To The Praire!! When We Are All Acounted for We Will Go!!"

-Danza perked her ears and heard Shasta about moving to the prairie. Danza knows that what Shasta is doing must be right. So Danza whinnied the message to the herd and helped gather them up. Danza looked around the area and saw that everyone was here, including Rye and our newest member Mist. Danza soon asked if Kharis would like to join them to their journey to the Prairie "Kharis would you like to join us to our journey to the Prairie? You can if you'd like."-

Kharis nodded at Danza and flicked her tail at Mist, greeting her. She grabbed some pine needles and slowly munched them, watching the colt in his play. She rolled her eyes and snorted; she had never liked foals.
